Bringing Computer Science into the Classroom In this session teachers will be introduced to computer science and the importance of bringing it into the classroom through hands-on experiences appropriate for the elementary classroom. This session offers an introduction to simple coding and programming for any educator and does not require a Computer Science background. The session will cover topics such as coding using a variety of programs and app like Code.org and Scratch. This session will also cover programming using devices like Makey Makeys and Spheros.
