Driving Students to Love Learning, with Chromebooks Chromebooks have allowed classrooms to finally realize the 1:1 dream. but what are you supposed to do with them? Join two teachers in a 5th grade setting that are using Chromebooks to motivate and engage students. Topics will include using the learning management system Edmodo for morning writes, assessing for mastery, and gamification. Also, they discuss Quizlet, Utah Compose, SAGE testing, Keyboarding, Google Drive/Docs/Forms, presentations with Haiku Deck, classroom blogs. Finally, they will discuss how easy it is to collaborate with these new tools!
